The theme of landscape continued at the gallery, where the children learnt how to transfer their designs from collage, to pastel drawings and then onto fabric using silk painting.
The skills then continued back at school with artist Tehmina Shah who developed their work using batik, fabric dyes and coloured beads.
The finished piece of work is a large wall hanging, which will be displayed in the summer exhibition at Wakefield Art Gallery.
