The learning team run a wide variety of workshop sessions exploring the collections in the gallery, from portraits to sculpture, and still life to abstract.
Here the children are taking part in one of our Art Hour Portrait sessions, learning about how and why portraits were painted. Wakefield has a large number of portraits in its collections.
The Hepworth Wakefield will allow many more to be seen and used by learning groups.
