Having a go at painting! One primary school student liked painting so much, he thought he would use four brushes at a time.
Here the student is finishing off his batik picture. First he designed a textured landscape picture, then he recreated the design using molten wax and a special tool (called a tjanting) to draw the picture. Fabric dyes were then used to add colour to the cotton cloth, and beads to create a touch of sparkle and flair.
